A great area, great and lovely location next to all main areas of the town, the marina, and the lake and bars and restaurants. Around 4-6 minutes walk from Museo Pacha Uta. Fantastic breakfast to star a day with potatoes and scrambled eggs, as example.

The location was great, just a short walk from Copacabana Beach. the hotel was conveniently situated near other restaurants, the lake, Islands, and the marina for tour boats. - Breakfast was served in the restaurant, making it convenient for guests.

The hotel was modern, I truly enjoyed well-appointed rooms and best staff. Units with seaview. The location was particularly good, super close to everything including the boats to the Isla del Sol, convenient to go everywhere. The food was great, had a huge variety of options.

No hot water in rooms outside of main building. Had to report it multiple times but the issue was not resolved.
